We interview all our nannies and check their references and certificates thoroughly. On the rare occasion when it is not possible to interview the candiate, the client will be informed. When we interview a candidate we make a point of finding out the kind of position and family that would suit her, so that we can make a good match. If we are successful in finding you a nanny, we will arrange for her to have contacts of other nannies in your area to help her to settle happily.
