It is compulsory that all of our nannies have a minimum of two years work experience as a nanny or nursery nurse. You can rest assured that all of our nannies, whether they are a live in nanny or a live out nanny, will have the relevant qualifications and experience to take care of your children.
We always check our applicant’s references and certificates thoroughly to ensure we are satisfied with their qualifications and expertise.
We also take pride in interviewing all nannies who apply to our agency. On the rare occasion when it is not possible for the agency to interview the candidate face to face because she is either abroad or is unable to attend the agency due to her work commitments, the client would be advised that a telephone interview had been conducted and her file processed as normal.
From those who apply to our agency about 50% do not pass our criteria as we are very specific in our requirements.
When interviewing a candidate we discuss at length their ideal position, their strengths and requirements and the sort of household that would suit them best. This is to ensure that we at Imperial Nannies provide you with a nanny that matches your lifestyle so both you and our staff are comfortable and happy
